About

Nobody Is Really Here is a series of images that explores the relationship of the observer and the observed. The photographs look at exploring peoples interactions with one another and their surrounds within man made places of natural beauty. With the flora being constructed in a way to hold peoples gaze and wonder, the work toes the line between assumptions and actions of others through documenting their behaviour around me whilst walking around with my camera. Mobile phones, digital cameras, conversations with a friend, all of these things play into the time people give to the locations they are in, ultimatly deciding how present people are in the now.
